Paragon was awarded the 2006 Workplace Excellence Grand Prize Award for Small Business in the Tucson area. The company was founded to have the agility of a small company, with the perks of a large corporation. We are dedicated to holding true to our corporate values – we ask our employees to have fun doing what they do best and we will supply them with the support, encouragement, and atmosphere they need. Here, we work hard and play hard.
We are headquartered in Tucson, Arizona, a city that boasts to be “the best of both worlds with the progress and innovation of a metropolitan community and the friendly, caring atmosphere of a small town.” Though the majority of our employees are located in the Tucson office, we also have small offices in Houston, Texas, and Denver, Colorado.
Paragon is always looking for people who are excited about working in the space industry and want to work on projects of significance. We are interested in people who enjoy a challenge and like working on a variety of projects in a fast paced environment. We are a small, agile company that offers lots of growth potential and are interested in people who enjoy learning and advancing their career.
