Paragon Space Development Corporation’s manufacturing department supports all of Paragon’s programs. This includes research and development prototypes through to production hardware for completed designs. Our products have gone from below sea level to the vacuum of space and points in between.

Our capabilities range from machine parts to tube forming. We use the latest in CMM technology to inspect both in-process and finished machine parts and assemblies. Our CNC machine handles stainless, titanium, aluminum, plastics and ceramics. We are developing orbital welding capability for aluminum, stainless, and titanium.

Paragon offers full CAD/CAM design capability and electronic transfer of customer drawings and is a single source supplier for many products.

We are currently working on manufacturing the Orion radiator as well as plumbing and ducting in support of the Constellation program. We also produce the Paragon Dive System™.

Paragon’s manufacturing staff have over 60 years experience in aerospace manufacturing and assembly. We work closely with the customer and use lean manufacturing techniques to ensure that design and manufacturing will satisfy all of our customers’ needs.
