Paragon Space Development Corporation Names Micah Webb Vice President, Business Development & Growth
Former KBR strategy executive to lead growth as Paragon positions its flight-proven life support and thermal systems in the human spaceflight and national security markets
TUCSON, Ariz. and HOUSTON, Tex. — 10/5/2026 — Paragon Space Development Corporation, which designs and builds life support and thermal control systems for human spaceflight and national security missions, today named Micah Webb vice president of Business Development & Growth. Webb will work with Paragon’s leadership team to shape the company’s growth strategy, prioritize investments, lead business development campaigns, and execute mergers and acquisitions. He is based in Paragon’s Houston office.
Paragon plans to grow its life support business through new customers, strategic partnerships, and targeted acquisitions. Webb will lead that work.
“Paragon has the flight heritage. The job now is putting Paragon in front of the programs that will need it next,” said Mark Greeley, President and CEO of Paragon. “Our pace has quickened and our focus has narrowed. Micah has set growth strategy for billion-dollar space and national security businesses, and he knows the NASA and commercial space customer base from the inside. He’ll set the direction for where Paragon competes.”
Webb brings more than 20 years of experience in strategy, business development, M&A, and systems engineering. Most recently he was vice president of Strategy for KBR’s Mission Technology Solutions business, where he led growth strategy spanning space, defense, and intelligence markets. He was also a core member of the M&A strategy team for KBR’s acquisition of LinQuest. At Raytheon, he led business development across civil, defense, and commercial space markets, rebuilding the company’s NASA and civil space opportunity pipeline. Earlier, he held business development and systems engineering roles at SAIC, where he supported NASA’s Orion Project Office, and at Lockheed Martin Space Systems on national security programs.
“Human spaceflight is entering its next build cycle,” said Webb. “Paragon brings flight-proven technology that customers trust today, and the reliable, scalable systems needed to sustain the next generation of stations and lunar missions.”
Webb joins a leadership team that includes Greeley and Chief Operations Officer David Romero, who joined Paragon in December 2025.
Webb holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business.
